TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions:- You can’t use my artwork for training AI or anything related to AI.
- I have the right to decline your commission request.
- Please Credit me as @Motlekai when you share your art.
- First come first serve basis. I will finish the earlier requests before going through the newer ones.
Extra characters are 75% of the base fee.PAYMENTS
- Payment Method: Paypal, Ko-Fi, Vgen or Gcash (Philippines)
- Prices listed is only the base price, might increase depending on the complexity of the request
- No refunds after payment.
- 50% of the total payment is required upfront before the commencement of work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the commission. Full payment is applicable.
- I will initiate refunds if I am unable to complete the commission.REVISIONS
- Revisions are for sketching only.
- Color changes during painting is allowed. No major changes when a significant progress has been made/ close to finish.
- I will not accept any unpaid revisions after the work has been delivered.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turnaround Time: Usually around 1-2 weeks (depending on the workload, an average of 1 week). Can be more depending on the difficulty, like of there is multiple complex characters.
- The delivery time is an approximate.
- The client will receive a High-Resolution non-watermark file via email or google drive link.
- A watermarked version will also be included.
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time if the client is unresponsive, disrespectful, or makes unreasonable demands.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- You are only purchasing my services and the digital file; For Personal, non-Commercial use.
- I have the right to post WIP (Work in Progress) and the final product in my Social Media accounts or Portfolio.
- I may stream or upload the work process.
- If you want the commission to be private, please tell me beforehand.
In case of Commercial use, please inquire.
- I do give exceptions for Commercial use to Social media Banners or Profile pictures, or temporary livestream Stream usage or announcements. I Double the price for Commercial use like for example: game asset, promo art, merch, prints, artbooks etc.
